We will select the site that meets the very rigorous requirements for visibility and traffic criteria. Store Design and Construction Initial store design is done in house at Too Hotties Corporate with the help of our national builders and local architects. Each design is specific to the location size and type of location and allows for changes and flexibility in design when required. Too Hotties also provides the option of “Store in a Box” which provides turnkey construction and build-out to maintain the exacting standard and look of each store. Too Hotties provides for the franchisee a complete store schematic and set up as well as merchandising and opening inventory. Complete Training/Ongoing Assistance The new Too Hotties franchise will undergo two weeks of intensive training, covering all aspects of the Too Hotties franchise business including promotions, opening and closing procedures, customer service, cash management, advertising, merchandising, and hiring recommendations. After the two week training, there is ongoing support for the life of the franchise. National Advertising Too Hotties believes promoting the brand name and buying powerful advertising to drive consumers into the franchise locations. We will use a combination of television, magazine, newspaper, and in store adverting to target the widest possible Too Hotties customer.
