Franchise Fee - Compensates Too Hotties for materials, and services related to start up, use of trademark, proprietary information, manuals, training, marketing materials, business forms, professional consultation, and other support and administrative activities.

Signage - Outside signs bearing the Too Hotties trademark

Computer - Three system package containing the following: (1) A 1.75G or faster Intel Celeron PC with a minimum of 2G of RAM, a hard drive capacity of 80 GB or greater, a 10/100 network card, the Windows XP operating system and Adobe Acrobat Reader (2) A 15-inch flat panel monitor, (3) A cash drawer and barcode scanner, (4) a HP laser printer; (5) An 8 port Network Hub to connect all PCs; (6) Battery backup unit to ensure the POS system won't go down, and Too Hotties custom software package.

Real Estate, Rent, and Deposits - Required pre-payments for facility rental, security deposits, and various other utility and insurance premium pre-payments as required ,on an individual basis.

Training - Expense related to travel including flights, meals, and lodging.

Pre-Opening - Professional fees, opening expenses, and Grand Opening advertising.

Working Capital - Funds allocated for various other expenses regarding startup and marketing costs, as well as an initial deficit reserve.

On-Going Franchise Fee - Too Hotties receives a weekly royalty of 6% of gross sales less sales tax.

Advertising - Too Hotties receives a weekly advertising fee in the amout of 2% of gross sales to support the development and maintenance of a professional marketing plan for discretionary local market areas.

Financing - Some in house financing options may be available for area directors who qualify.
